mgsxNominations are now open! Nominations close on December 14th 2023, 11:59PM EST. You will be able to nominate 20 ships and 20 additional tags.
I have imported the tags from last year to the new tagset, so Please check the tagset for your ship/kink before you nominate it!
Another medium has been added as well for the 2024 round, fanvids. The minimums are, as stated in the sticky, 60 seconds in order to fulfill your assignment. Please keep this in mind when nominating!

How to nominate
In the Tagset, click the button on the top of the page labeled 'Nominate'. This will take you to a form where you can fill in a single fandom slot, followed by 20 relationships and 20 freeforms. You are free to put single characters and platonic pairings in the relationships category.
Please try to stick to the formatting guide below.
General nomination info / Formatting
You can nominate up to 20 relationship/characters and 20 freeforms. If you want to nominate a single character, please format it as Solo:X example, Solo:Liquid Snake
If you want to nominate a group, please format it as Group:X example, Group: Diamond Dogs
In your signup, you cannot DNW any person included in this group
The freeform tags can be any tropes, kinks or scenarios. They do not need to be canonized ao3 tags. examples,

Why nominate?
This exchange will be matched by ao3. Ao3 needs a pool of set tags to work with in order to match one request to one offer. If I were to match the requests by hand, I would be able to tell which requests go with which offers even if the tags are spelled wrong or slightly different. A machine cannot do this. Therefore, this exchange needs a tagset so every request can pick from the same pool of tags, to make automated matching easier.
